Bookings & Payments 

• Unpaid Sessions: Unpaid sessions are not booked sessions. You must choose if you want Virtual or in person and add a note to the session notes, so I know what the service is for. 

• Payment Methods: Mastercard, cash app, PayPal, Facebook pay, and zelle

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a [insert specific amount or percentage] cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is always welcome! Please contact us to adjust your booking.

Session Policies

• Reading Waivers: Reading waivers must be signed at all sessions.

• Consultation Contracts: Contracts will be discussed verbally during the session.

Refunds and Exchanges

•  Refunds: No refunds, returns or exchanges. If anything is broken, lost or damaged customer will have a mutual agreement with the owner of the company to compensate for those items. This goes for services as well. No refunds under any circumstances. 

Shipping

• Shipping Schedule: We ship once weekly via USPS Ground Advantage worldwide.

Privacy and Liability

• Privacy Policy: Your personal information is confidential and protected under HIPAA laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

• Liability: We are not responsible for any liabilities related to you or your persons when receiving services. Your information is protected under HIPAA laws.

• Licensing: We are not licensed practitioners and operate under licensing hours. All suggestions should be consulted with your doctor.
